He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Sales & Marketing from Mumbai University, which has provided him with a strong foundation in business and marketing principles.
Sanjay began his career in the service industry, gaining valuable experience and skills that would later contribute to his success in the recruitment field. Recognizing the potential and opportunities in overseas recruitment, he diversified his expertise and ventured into this domain.
In 2008, Sanjay founded HR Dynamics, an organization dedicated to providing efficient and effective recruitment solutions for businesses across various industries. As the Managing Director of HR Dynamics, he has exhibited exemplary leadership and vision, leading the company to significant growth and success.
